Forbes 30 Under 30 honoree Blair Miller is the Founder and CEO of Chaos Creators, an entertainment marketing agency known for out-of-the-box social media marketing, fan engagement, and short-form content creation. Before launching Chaos Creators, the Hits Noisemaker served as the Creative Director of Jonas Group Media, a marketing agency she built alongside the father of the Jonas Brothers. Miller has been a featured speaker at prominent events including the NAACP’s Arts, Culture, & Entertainment Festival, The NAMM Show, Music Biz, the Youth Marketing Summit, the Women In Music Summit, and various Billboard Top Music Business programs across the U.S., including Belmont University, where she earned her degree in Music Business.
During her time at Belmont, Miller honed her marketing skills through internships with Scooter Braun’s SB Projects, Atlantic Records, Universal Music Group, Warner Music Nashville, The Recording Academy, the Country Music Association (CMA), and Crowd Surf. Just two days after graduating, she began working at a Nashville-based marketing agency, where she supported social media and tour marketing for artists like Brad Paisley and Chris Young.
A year after graduating, Miller was selected by Kevin Jonas, Sr. to start a marketing agency, where she guided Franklin Jonas’ explosive TikTok growth and limited-edition merch drop, led campaigns with influencers such as Charli D’Amelio, Lil Huddy, Avani, and Bella Poarch, and helped sustain viral hits like PUBLIC’s “Make You Mine” (550 million streams) and Lanie Gardner’s cover of “Dreams” (40+ million views and nearly 800,000 new followers in a month), followed by a surprise remix of the song with David Guetta.
Building on these experiences, Miller founded her own marketing agency, Chaos Creators. Through this venture, she has supported the viral success of Dasha’s song “Austin,” managed social media marketing for UMG Nashville/Interscope artist Kassi Ashton who was nominated for ACM New Female Artist of the Year 2024, and filmed man-on-the-street videos for Kroger, including their 2024 April Fools, Mother’s Day, and Father’s Day campaigns. Miller has also ideated and executed creative campaigns for Nashville Briefing, filming red carpet interviews at award shows like the CMAs, CMTs, and ACMs, marketing podcast interviews and livestream collaborations with artists such as Keith Urban, Bobby Bones, Brad Paisley, Hunter Hayes, Jake Scott, Colbie Caillat, and creating print magazines in partnership with the ACM Awards and Country Radio Seminar.
When she's not at her desk or creating online content, Blair enjoys catching up on her favorite reality shows or playing Whitney Houston on repeat.
